Weekly Dev Update #184

Hi all!

A bit of a smaller update this week as we had a mid week public holiday and a few team members were off sick. On the Session side we have been primarily focusing on Global search and the message requests system, which are progressing well. The Oxen core team is making some final changes to Service Node reward batching which will change the way rewards accumulate to be on a per block basis, hopefully allowing for a more satisfying user experience. Several developers are working on adding new endpoints to the SOGS which will allow for message editing in open groups and other moderation capabilities.
