Weekly Oxen Labs Update #245
Dev
This week the Session team continued work on user configuration messages, we are hoping to get Android completely through the QA process this week, with iOS already through this leaves desktop remaining and we jumped one of the final hurdles (desktop compilation issues) late last week which should mean desktop makes much quicker progress towards that goal this week. The Oxen core team is continuing to liaise with the auditors and working on improving unit test coverage which will be assessed at the end of the audit. The Lokinet team is now focusing most of their efforts on libquickynet which is already looking very promising, hopefully this should address much of the instability in the wire protocol which is used to communicate between Service Nodes.

Hey guys. It was another short week with ANZAC day on Tuesday, but we kicked a few goals and we're excited to share our progress with you.
Very shortly, we’ll be dropping a new video in our "Privacy Expert Reacts" series. In this one, our very own privacy guru Cam gives their two cents on privacy-related scenes from movies and TV shows. It's not only entertaining but also a great way to show the importance of privacy in today's world. Previous videos in the series have had a very positive reception, and we anticipate it to keep gaining further traction on social media.
Speaking of social media, we've been doing some detective work to see what our competitors are up to. We've learned a lot from analysing their strategies and seeing what works (and what doesn't). That intel is a key part of our plans for the future, and we're cooking up a fresh social media plan that'll kick off when we launch the Oxen brand refresh. We’re super excited about this, because social media will be a primary pillar for the post-refresh promotional campaign.
Last but not least, we've been researching and testing some AI content generation tools that help us make the most of what we've already created. High-value content like animations can be a bit of a resource drain, but we anticipate that once we have finalised our trial process we will be able to produce much more of it in a much smaller time frame. And the best part? We're not sacrificing quality. With AI on our side, we can be more efficient, which frees up time for other cool marketing projects.
